Hours/Appointments
In order to provide the utmost level of care, we see our patients by appointment only, and we do our best to schedule your visit at a time that's convenient for you.
We schedule appointments during these hours:
Monday: 8 AM to 5 PM
Tuesday: 11 AM to 7 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM to 12 Noon
Thursday: 11 AM to 7 PM
Friday: 8 AM to 12 Noon
At Oral Dynamics, we value our patients' time. You can be assured that our team will always strive to see each patient at the appointed time, and keep waiting time to an absolute minimum.

We want to make your trip to the dentist as pleasant as possible. Some of the ways we help our patients relax are:
• Anxiety therapy - Individual attention to patients' "dental fears", and complete explanations of procedures and what
to expect.
• Nitrous oxide - (commonly called "laughing gas") is great for anxious or nervous patients. It helps reduce their anxiety, while leaving them in complete control of their actions.
Above all, we work in a caring, relaxed and soothing atmosphere.

Patient Forms
The following forms can be downloaded to your computer and printed at home. By filling out these forms ahead of time, you will save a significant amount of time during your visit. Please be prepared to provide this information to our office along with your current medical insurance information. If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can and our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.

Fees
Oral Dynamics is a modern dental practice, using the latest technology and techniques in dentistry. Our team has received advanced technical training, and provides the highest level of care possible. Our fee structure is indicative of the quality of our work. We invite you to discuss our fees at the onset of your treatment.
- We offer 5% courtesy for Cash or Check payment in full at time of service (excluding co-pays and deductibles)
- 10% Senior courtesy
Dental Benefits Coverage
Oral Dynamics bases its treatment plans on your needs, not your dental benefit coverage. We accept many dental benefit plans, and will gladly submit all claim forms for you. Please remember that these plans are designed to help you pay for your treatment, and may not cover all costs or all procedures.
Payment
Our patients are responsible for fees incurred. Payment for deductibles, co-pays, non-covered services and balances due is required at the time of service. If you need to make special arrangements, please discuss them with us in advance.
Oral Dynamics accepts the following as payments:
- "Care Credit" - a flexible monthly payment plan (ask for details)
- Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
