The latest in dental technology is Cone Beam Computer Tomography.  This allows us to see your jaws in 3-D.  We are the only general practice in the Lehigh Valley to have this technology.  With this digital scan, we are able to get incredibly accurate views, in a very short period of time, with low levels of radiation.  3-D images, which allow visualization of the amount and type of bone, are a must for implant placement.

In addition, this unit will also take digital standard panoramic views, much like our old system, with a fraction of the radiation exposure.

We believe in co-diagnosis and education, so our patients have a better understanding of their condition and of our rationale for proposed treatments.

Dr. Rowland has been a pioneer in the field of cosmetic dentistry, and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry since 1993.  In addition, Dr. Rowland is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Lehigh Valley Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.  He is also enrolled in the Lehigh Valley Hospital continuing dental education program, the Valley Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and has trained at the San Francisco Institute for Advanced Learning and the Nobel Biocare Training Institute.
